35：The True Self Is Constant

I know I am only one person.

I can never change that fact.

However, my body and mind were constantly changing.

I chased after my ever-fluctuating self and eventually caught it.

Then, I saw that there was, not one, but countless versions of my self.

When I realized my true self, I came to the realization that I am one existence who will not change.

No matter how much the body or mind changes, only the true self will remain constant.

It was in that moment that I knew I was one existence.
