18:Anxiety is Beautiful
I wanted to avoid anxiousness. So I worked hard to make money and ate a lot of meals so that I would always feel full. To forget my anxiousness, I would try to distract myself with activities. However, the anxiety did not disappear from my mind. When I realized my true self, I came to the realization that I was not anxious. My mind became anxious, but I, who am the true self, am not anxiety. I stopped avoiding my anxiety. Now I feel that even anxiety is beautiful.
