We only get this life once. If I live, I can use my life force freely. I was lost as to how to use it, but I was using that life force according to my own beliefs. There are various ways to use it. When I realized my true self, I came to realization that through finding my true self, I was able to rise above my life force. Looking back, I see that I could have used my life force to find my true self. However, most people do not know how to use it. And without knowing this, one cannot find their true self. So the never ending cycle of death and rebirth will forever continue.
